In early Fall 2024, De Gruyter agreed to acquire NHP Publications and the Journal of Natural Health Product Research (JNHPR). The journal will be assumed under the Journal of Complementary and Integrative Medicine (JCIM), which has a long history of engagement with Canadian research and editorial team members, as well as a strong reputation for publishing high-quality work in this space. The journal is peer-reviewed and indexed with many of the major databases (e.g., EMBASE, EBSCO, Google Scholar Medline, CINAHL, SCOPUS, etc.). Thus, as of September 2024, no further submissions will be accepted by the JNHPR, and instead, all prospective submitting authors are invited to consider submitting their research to the JCIM.
